Job Description Oversee daytoday field operations, directing site crews, subcontractors, and logistics to maintain efficient project progress. Assist the Project Manager with overall project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, and coordination among all trades. Perform site inspections, uphold safety procedures, and verify adherence to contractual obligations and established quality standards. Track project expenditures, review subcontractor invoicing, and keep thorough documentation through daily reports and coordination meetings. Build positive working relationships with clients, design partners, and team members while providing leadership to field staff and supporting a safe, injuryfree jobsite.
