This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled electrician who can manage job sites, guide crew members, and ensure high-quality electrical installations for residential and commercial new construction projects. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Our team actively supports local non-profits and community initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise residential and commercial new construction job sites. Perform electrical rough-ins, installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and finish work, including generator installations. Direct, train, and mentor apprentices and crew members. Coordinate with clients, builders, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met. Enforce safety standards and maintain organized, efficient job sites. Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and team members. Qualifications:Seasoned experience in residential and commercial electrical work. Demonstrated leadership ability on active job sites. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
