Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCaBA )- NEW GRADUATES ARE ACCEPTED Location: Taylors, SC Job Type: Full-time / In-Home & Clinic-Based Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate BCBAs to join a growing multi-disciplinary therapy team providing in-home and clinic-based services. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. Responsibilities: Conduct functional assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with patient needs. Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills. Monitor and track patient progress through systematic data collection and analysis. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide training and support to parents and caregivers in implementing behavior-management strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records. Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited institution in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active BCBA / BCaBA certification required. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Proficient in conducting assessments and developing intervention/treatment plans. Strong knowledge of ACA/ABA principles, behavioral techniques, and special-education laws/regulations. Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology and good collaboration and communication skills.
