Join a leading contract medical device manufacturer specializing in precision machined components for robotic assisted, orthopedic, and minimally invasive surgeries. We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Programmer to produce small complex parts with extremely tight tolerances in our growing facility in Dayton, Ohio. Convenient Schedule Weekly Pay Great Benefits Responsibilities: Program Development - Create, modify, and optimize G-code and M-code programs for multi-axis CNC lathes Swiss Nakamura-Tome, Milling. Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints,, 3D models, and apply GD&T knowledge to determine optimal machining processes. Setup & Tooling: Select appropriate cutting tooling, fixtures, and work holding methods, and develop clear setup sheets. Troubleshooting: Perform first-run proofing, troubleshoot code errors and resolve complex machining and production issues. Quality & Compliance Collaborate on First Article Inspections and ensure all components meet quality standards for regulatory compliance. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Prior experience in a medical device manufacturing environment or a similarly highly regulated industry. Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality management systems and regulatory documentation requirements. Technical Certificate, Associate's Degree in Machining Technology, or equivalent specialized training. Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: 3-5 years of dedicated experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC Mills or lathes. Proficiency in creating and optimizing G-code and M-code programs for multi-axis machines. Expert ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, 3D models, and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for code errors and machining issues. High School Diploma or GED.
