Responsibilities: Our Healthcare Practice Group is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Los Angeles office. With a team of 80+ attorneys practicing healthcare law across 13 offices, we are a key player in the healthcare industry, managing complex issues for clients nationwide. Our healthcare practice collaborates with over 2,400 clients, including hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, accountable care organizations, private equity funds, long-term care facilities, IPAs, medical groups, and various other providers. Required Qualifications: The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of six years of experience in California health care regulatory and compliance, focusing on fraud and abuse issues and compliance matters within reimbursement disputes, investigations, and various business transactions like joint ventures and private equity investments. Essential experience in managed care and/or life sciences transactions is mandatory. Qualified candidates are expected to demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, and communication skills, along with a dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional client services.
