Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Perform apartment maintenance and repairs in occupied units Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry Complete service requests efficiently while providing excellent customer service to residents Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to avoid future issues Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the community operating smoothly Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule ?
