Great opportunity to work with an established agency as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) providing ABA therapy for the developmentally disabled.Compensation: $60.00-$70.00/per hour BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Benefits: Competitive salaryHealth, Vision, Dental401KPTOSick Leave Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Job Duties: Responsible for the implementation, oversight and quality of all clinical services for assigned caseload, including quality assurance and standardization of clinical models and programsResponsible for ensuring standardized implementation of clinical policies and procedures across the agencyResponsible for the implementation and ongoing enhancement of all clinical training and supervision programsCollaborates with the Clinical Team and CEO to develop growth, contract fulfillment, and staff efficiency initiatives and projectionsEstablishes and maintains a community presence specific to behavior analytic and related associations · Responsible for teaching and maintaining ethical behavior within the agencyMaintain compliance and train agency-wide on the standards set forth by the BACB.Create curriculums for training material Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Credentials: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Experience:Minimum of 2 years as a practicing Board Certified Behavior AnalystMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience specific to assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plansMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experience specific to clinical supervision, training and oversight of Board Certified Behavior AnalystsDemonstrated leadership skills including, but not limited to, effective communication, creation and maintenance of positive and engaging company culture and solution-oriented problem solvingStrong working knowledge of behavior analytic assessment, data analysis, program design, and treatment implementationStrong networking skills demonstrated by community involvement specific to behavior analysis, education, and/or autism servicesExperience developing and implementing systematic clinical and compliance training programs for both small and large groups Additional Skills: Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and consumersAbility to write professional reports and correspondencesAbility to consistently communicate positive enthusiasm toward staff and individuals supported by Roman Empire Agency.Ability to manage multiple projects through completion while maintaining strong attention to detailAbility to both provide and accept feedback, creating behavior change over timeAbility to consistently meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and within a larger group License: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA (Required)
