OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR II WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Join our team as an Operations Supervisor II, where you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting the operations team in our back office. You will assist the Operations Supervisor or Manager in managing, developing, and motivating colleagues, all while ensuring our operations adhere to the highest standards and comply with Bank policies and procedures. Build strong relationships with both internal teams and our customers, providing exceptional service as you gain supervisory experience in this rewarding role. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Oversee the daily activities within your assigned area, effectively prioritizing tasks and resolving any issues that arise. Utilize your technical and business expertise to tackle complex operational challenges. Ensure quality controls are in place for financial products and services, maintaining operational integrity. Lead and inspire your team, motivating colleagues through training, coaching, and professional development. Identify training needs and facilitate training for the team. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards as well as CNB policies and procedures. Proactively suggest improvements to operational procedures and support implementation efforts. Apply in-depth knowledge of systems and processes to address quality issues, reinforcing overall team performance. Exercise signing authority for operational approvals within established limits. Keep your knowledge of bank policies and procedures current. Provide outstanding customer service, acting as a resource for both internal and external clients. Ensure your team adheres to CNB compliance guidelines. Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in Banking Operations within a financial institution. A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining commercial cards. Additional Qualifications Ability to work independently while performing functional duties. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of bank personnel and customers; excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. Proficient in PC usage. Adept at handling problem situations with colleagues and clients effectively. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $25.93 - $41.43 per hour, commensurate with skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions.
