Radiation Therapist

Job Summary: Administers prescribed dose of ionizing radiation according to physicians written prescription and established departmental policy and procedures. Performs adjuvant procedures which aid in the management of patient care. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Graduate of an approved American Registry of Radiologic Therapy Program or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification Preferred Qualifications: 1 year experience
