The Essentials: School-Based Position: Enjoy a school-year schedule (180 days per year) with daily working hours ranging from 6.5 to 8 hours. Per diem hours are available in clinic and home-based environments during school breaks, allowing you to supplement your income effortlessly. New graduates are encouraged to apply! A valid California Occupational Therapy license is required. Must be available to work in-person; inquire about current high-demand locations! Your Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct initial and reevaluations to assess eligibility for therapy services. Complete IEP documentation promptly and in accordance with state regulations. Participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team. Effectively communicate with parents and teachers to ensure cohesive support for students. Attractive Compensation & Benefits: $55-75/hr based on experience, with guaranteed hours.
