Mechanical Construction Director - Data Centers

In this role, you will: Conduct project meetings with contractors and stakeholders Maintain official project documentation and logs Perform onsite activities, including inspections and field administration tasks Review submittals, shop drawings, material certifications, and other project deliverables Ensure compliance with design specifications and drawings Assist the project management team with change management and invoicing Track construction progress and work in place Coordinate daily tasks to support project schedules and reporting Foster partnerships between clients, contractors, and stakeholders for timely resolution of project issues Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering, or equivalent experience At least 8 years of experience in construction management Proven knowledge of pre-design and construction processes, building systems, and contract management Strong understanding of Mechanical and Plumbing systems and associated equipment Experience with 3D modeling software and active construction project involvement Experience in project scheduling and managing construction timelines Knowledge of Quality Control and Assurance procedures Familiarity with commissioning and qualification processes for MEP systems Preferred Qualifications: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification Experience in data center construction Knowledge of Automatic Temperature Control (ATC), Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Process Controls Experience with equipment startup and management during project turnover Familiarity with LEAN strategies in project execution If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and help shape the future, we invite you to apply!
