What You’ll Be Doing: • Hands-on construction across multiple trades (carpentry, framing, finish, light electrical/plumbing a plus) • Running small projects or crews • Solving problems in the field and keeping jobs moving • Reading plans and executing work correctly • Working directly with ownership on a variety of projects You Might Be A Fit If You: • Have 7+ years of construction experience • Are highly skilled in at least one trade and competent in several • Show up on time and take pride in your work • Can lead • Think like an owner, not just an employee • Communicate well with clients and crew • Care about improving the lives of those we serve Bonus Points If You Have: • Public works experience • Proven project management or foreman experience • Exceedingly strong troubleshooting skills What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on skill • Steady work • A team that values craftsmanship and accountability • Opportunity to grow Responsibilities: • Perform skilled work across multiple trades, including carpentry, framing, finish work, and general construction • Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications • Complete repairs, installations, and modifications on a variety of construction projects • Assist with layout, measurements, and material preparation • Troubleshoot field issues and develop practical solutions • Maintain high standards for workmanship and job site safety • Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and crew members to keep projects on schedule • Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment • Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment • Assist in training or guiding less experienced crew members when needed • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Follow company policies, project specifications, and safety regulations Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on construction experience • Demonstrated experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, framing, finish work, drywall, concrete, or minor electrical/plumbing • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the field • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and common construction equipment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Knowledge of job site safety practices and OSHA standards Preferred Qualifications • Foreman or crew lead experience • Public works or government project experience • Equipment operation experience • OSHA certification or safety training Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 yearly• Perform skilled work across multiple trades, including carpentry, framing, finish work, and general construction • Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications • Complete repairs, installations, and modifications on a variety of construction projects • Assist with layout, measurements, and material preparation • Troubleshoot field issues and develop practical solutions • Maintain high standards for workmanship and job site safety • Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and crew members to keep projects on schedule • Operate hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment • Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment • Assist in training or guiding less experienced crew members when needed • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Follow company policies, project specifications, and safety regulations Compensation: $75,000-$120,000 per year
