Essential Functions Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of multiple, small routine projects or a moderately complex project. Assists in developing timelines and ensures adherence to deadlines. Manages financial aspects of projects and other administrative duties. Handles external correspondence and drafts reports and other communications. Physical Effort Consent and enroll patients; compile and share study progress reports with the team and funders. Coordinate quality control, data safety, and monitoring. Participate in recruitment and data collection. Organize research team meetings and execute projects. Independently develop and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures manual. Collaborate frequently with the PI, co-investigators, and research team, including therapists, surgeons, nurses, physician assistants, front desk staff, medical assistants, statisticians, and data analysts. Coordinate biological sample collection (blood and tissue) in various units. Travel to oncology clinics. Assist with managing patient emergencies, such as suicidal ideation.
