Experience with home modifications and comfort with technology are significant advantages for this role. Role Highlights Anticipated Start Date: 11/15/25 Compensation: $45/hr, $1080/week (guaranteed) Employment Type: Part Time Employment Location: Traveling as Needed to Conduct In-Home Visits Key Responsibilities Complete required onboarding and credentialing. Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities. Conduct thorough in-home assessments and functional evaluations. Provide tailored, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications. Educate clients and their caregivers on fall prevention and mobility techniques. Collaborate with clients and families in care planning. Ensure accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health records system. Participate in special clinical initiatives as needed. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Active, unencumbered OT license – preferably in two of the following states: MI, OH, WI, NY. 2+ years of relevant clinical experience. Background in home health, aging in place, or disability services is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and clinical reasoning abilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Technological proficiency and experience with digital documentation. Ability to work independently while also being a part of a remote team. Compensation Details Guaranteed bi-weekly pay. Travel expenses are covered through RampTravel software for airfare, accommodations, and food stipends, minimizing the burden on the OT. Reimbursement for personal vehicle travel at a rate of $0.70/mile.
