With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an Entry Level Assembler to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional electrical solutions.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and optimizing sheet metal fabrication equipment, including Amada Press Brakes, Punch Presses, and Laser Cutting systems. Prior experience with Amada equipment is preferred but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and optimize CNC programs for press brake, punch, and laser machinesInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work ordersDevelop efficient nesting and tooling strategies to maximize material usageCollaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processesTroubleshoot programming and machine-related issuesEnsure quality standards and production deadlines are metMaintain organized documentation of programs and revisionsQualificationsExperience programming CNC equipment in a sheet metal fabrication environmentKnowledge of G-code and/or CAD/CAM softwareAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with Amada equipment preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with metal fabrication processes and tooling setupsPreferred SkillsExperience with Amada software systemsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing principlesStrong communication and teamwork skillsWhy Join REAMCO?Be part of a growing, innovative team dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
