Job Description We are looking for a developer with a strong engineering mindset and a proven ability to deliver high?quality software solutions. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, managing risks, and driving the end?to?end implementation of technology projects. Key Responsibilities Identify areas of risk or potential problems and take action to mitigate them. Lead through influence and determine the data required for effective decision?making. Assess and plan projects, manage deadlines and stakeholder needs. Anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems, and generate effective solutions. Build communication and rapport with partners and stakeholders. Adapt in a changing environment and work effectively across diverse business settings. Take initiative, define a vision for product improvement, and execute at a high level of quality. Challenge and inspire teams toward continuous improvement and innovation. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. 810 years of experience in information technology. Certifications in relevant technologies are preferred. Required Skills & Knowledge Java 1.8/J2EE (Mandatory) REST Web Services / API (Mandatory) Spring Boot, Hibernate, Apache Struts (Mandatory) PL/sql (Mandatory) Application Server: Tomcat / TC Server Databases: Strong understanding and experience with RDBMS (mandatory). Postgres (optional). Agile methodology. Azure / Cloud (Optional) UI Technologies: JavaScript, Angular 14+ (Optional) Prior experience on large?scale IT transformational projects (migration, modernization) is a plus.
