The ideal candidate will hold a Journeyman License in either St. Louis City or St. Louis County , having both is a major plus.This is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems with precision, professionalism, and heart. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in its work, supports one another, and lives out our values daily.Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied homes. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately. Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, respectful communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in customers’ homes and company vehicles. Ensure all work meets or exceeds local plumbing codes and company standards. Participate in ongoing skill development through NextStep , our career tracking and growth program, designed to help every plumber learn, grow, and succeed. Qualifications Journeyman Plumber License in St. Louis City or St. Louis County (both preferred). Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Professional appearance and a commitment to quality, accountability, and dependability.
