Who You Are: You are a seasoned Supply Chain Strategy leader, adept at guiding Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail clients through intricate, high-impact supply chain challenges. With a track record of engaging effectively with senior executives, you can translate business strategies into actionable supply chain and technology plans. You are passionate about leading strategic engagements and possess a strong viewpoint on distribution network design, fulfillment transformation, and the contribution of Manhattan Associates to modern supply chains. Your Responsibilities: Oversee comprehensive supply chain strategy projects, including distribution network strategy, fulfillment and logistics strategy, and supply chain operating model design. Develop and implement technology-driven supply chain strategies, emphasizing solutions from Manhattan Associates across WMS, TMS, and broader fulfillment capabilities. Create innovative distribution center concepts, incorporating capacity modeling, automation considerations, service trade-offs, and future operational assumptions. Guide capital planning and investment strategies, helping clients prioritize supply chain investments aligned with business growth and transformation goals. Conduct thorough assessments of supply chain and technology capabilities, pinpointing areas for improvement and outlining actionable transformation roadmaps. Act as the Engagement Lead, managing client relationships, engagement governance, team leadership, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Play a pivotal role in sales and business development, including identifying opportunities, shaping deals, developing proposals, and presenting to executives. Collaborate closely with Manhattan Associates and Accenture ecosystem partners to expand joint offerings, co-create solutions, and enhance market presence. Mentor and develop strategy talent, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture within the Supply Chain Strategy practice. What You Need: At least 8 years of experience in supply chain strategy, consulting, or industry roles, particularly in CPG and Retail. A minimum of 8 years leading strategy-oriented supply chain engagements, such as network strategy, fulfillment strategy, and distribution transformation. At least 1 year of experience with Manhattan Associates solutions and their relevance in contemporary distribution and fulfillment systems. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or a related field. Bonus Points For: Experience with or selling Manhattan WMS, TMS, or Active solutions as part of strategy or transformation efforts. Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders, including VP and C-suite leaders. Experience leading capital-heavy supply chain initiatives, particularly automation strategies or large-scale distribution center investments. A strong commercial acumen with a history of identifying, shaping, and closing consulting opportunities. Experience in ecosystem-led strategy, working in tandem with software partners to create distinct value propositions for clients. A passion for team development and making a meaningful contribution to thought leadership in supply chain strategy and fulfillment transformation. Travel Requirements: Travel may be necessary for client-critical activities, in accordance with current health and safety guidelines. Compensation: At Accenture, compensation varies based on various factors, including specific office location, role, skills, and experience level. Positions may be posted with a salary range outlined below, and will be open for a minimum of three days.
