Senior Product Designer

We are on the lookout for a passionate Senior Product Designer to enhance our global design efforts. Your role will be pivotal in interpreting complex challenges into clear, innovative solutions that serve our users. With direct input from over 8 million users, you'll develop and deliver products that make travel easier for business travelers, travel coordinators, and agents. Our design structure encourages collaboration and creativity within a centralized team focused on maintaining a cohesive brand and product identity. You will work closely with cross-functional pod teams consisting of product management, development, and research to launch cohesive product experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and challenges. Develop comprehensive user personas, journey maps, and experience maps. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts. Perform usability tests and gather user feedback to refine and evolve designs. Collaborate with product designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Contribute to and uphold a consistent design system across all products. Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for continual design enhancements. Help develop a scalable Design System. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Product Design, particularly in a B2B/SaaS context. A strong portfolio that highlights your proficiency in user-centered design principles and processes. Proficiency in design tools, specifically Figma. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions. A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience with various user research methodologies and tools. Fluency in English, with French as a plus (not required). Location Chicago, Illinois, United States Our competitive base salary for this role ranges from $84,700.00 to $157,300.00. Actual salary will vary based on the role's scope, complexity, and the candidate's relevant experience and skills.
