As a part of this team, the Portfolio Management group plays a pivotal role, led by Industry-Specific Portfolio Directors who align delivery with Oracle's best practices. Together, we prepare our talent and processes for achieving customer success and industry-leading project outcomes. We are excited to announce an opening for a Portfolio Manager to drive impactful transformation within our organization. In this role, you will manage and expand an existing portfolio of projects across industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Healthcare, Services, Higher Education, or Public Sector. What You'll Do: Lead with passion and expertise: Manage a diverse portfolio of projects in your assigned industry, achieving project, quality, and financial objectives. Champion Delivery Excellence: Encourage collaboration, drive results, and ensure alignment among Project Managers and Delivery Leaders. Set the standard for innovative leadership: Advocate for continuous improvement within your portfolio while aligning with the vision of other portfolio leaders. Grow and nurture talent: Get involved in hiring and onboarding exceptional professionals, serving as a mentor and coach for your portfolio team. Engage stakeholders: Work with practice leaders, sales teams, and clients to define and deliver strategic project goals. Oversee execution: Ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects and programs consistent with organizational best practices. Monitor and report on project financials: Track budgets and financial metrics across your portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting and prompt actions to address variances. Drive performance: Provide regular updates on portfolio performance, identify risks, and ensure delivery of quality outcomes for your industry clients. Ensure compliance: Follow all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. Who You Are: A strategic, inspiring leader with a demonstrated passion for excellence and innovation in project portfolio management. Experience in leading project and program management within a consulting firm or similar industry environment. Proven track record in delivering results, managing complex project portfolios, and influencing teams in a fast-paced, client-focused context. Adept at building and fostering high-performing teams through both coaching and active leadership. Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities. Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle solutions. In-depth understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS best practices, with the ability to apply them strategically. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project, portfolio, and delivery management with a strong record of high-quality outcomes. Preferred expertise in a specific industry vertical. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, with an MBA preferred. PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or other professional PM certification strongly preferred. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us? Salary and benefit information has been provided for transparency: The hiring range is between $120,100 to $251,600 per annum, with potential for bonus and equity.
