The ideal candidate must hold a minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and have hands-on experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures.As a WRT Technician, you will respond to water damage emergencies, perform mitigation services, and help restore affected properties to pre-loss condition. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold prevention servicesSet up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiersDocument job details thoroughly using company software and technologyMaintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job siteCommunicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team membersFollow safety guidelines and company protocols at all timesParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency servicesRequirements:Minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification1+ year of experience in water mitigation or restoration preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and organizational skillsWillingness to undergo background check and drug screeningPositive attitude and a strong work ethicMust provide black protective toe work boots and black or dark-colored pants suitable for field conditionsPreferred Qualifications:Additional certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT)Experience with Dash, MICA, or similar restoration softwareKnowledge of drying science and psychrometryBenefits:Competitive pay based on experience and certificationsOpportunities for overtime and bonuses401(k), health, vision, and dental insuranceCell phone reimbursementCompany-provided uniformsPaid training and certification advancementCompany vehicle during shiftSupportive team environment and career growth opportunitiesThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
