The hours for this position are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in the dental field and be a self starter who looks for ways to improve practice operations and increase responsibilities.PREVIOUS DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIREDDuties: Perform daily front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and phone systems management.Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.Manage hygiene recall programUtilize Open Dental software for managing appointments and updating patient information.Manage insurance-related tasks, including verifying patient coverage, processing claims, and communicating with patients and insurance companiesHandle medical records, insurance verification, and billing inquiries effectively.Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment at the front desk.Oversee office maintenance and repairs Candidate MUST have warm, friendly, and outgoing personalitySkills: Detail-oriented with a positive attitudeOutstanding ability to solve problemsCommitment to outstanding patient serviceAbility to handle phone systems efficiently and direct calls appropriatelyEmpathetic and friendly with a knack for remembering faces and namesExceptional communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure This position offers the opportunity to work in an exceptional, team-focused dental practice where you can utilize your skills to provide top-notch patient service.
