Business Analyst - AIOps & ServiceNow

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) and ServiceNow. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business processes, design system integrations, and provide cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can lead decision-making, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: ? Assess current business models and processes to identify areas for improvement. ? Develop innovative AIOps strategies to optimize IT operations. ? Utilize ServiceNow to drive automation and efficiency. ? Conduct advanced Data Analysis & Interpretation to support decision-making. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven business solutions. ? Lead research efforts and present data-driven insights to stakeholders. ? Stay updated on industry trends and recommend emerging technologies. Must-Have Skills: ? ServiceNow Platform - Hands-on experience with ITSM and AIOps modules. ? Data Analysis & Interpretation - Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret business data. ? AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) - Advanced proficiency in AI-driven automation for IT operations. ? Experience Required: 3+ years in each skill area. ? Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
