Your Role: Lead the design, development, and scalability of AI/ML applications and models using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to create impactful AI/ML solutions. Ensure data quality and ethical governance throughout the AI/ML lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements, integrating new technologies into our practices. Promote the adoption of AI/ML best practices across the organization. Mentor and develop engineers within the team. Contribute to the technical architecture design and review processes. Balance product development with operational needs, including documentation and automation. Participate in on-call duties to troubleshoot and resolve service issues as they arise. What You Bring: Proficiency in Python. Architect-level experience in Data Science and/or Machine Learning; experience with AI Agents, LLM, or Vector DB is a plus. Experience with distributed systems in a cloud environment. Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases. Knowledge of service-oriented design patterns and communication protocols. Understanding of modern infrastructure components such as service discovery and software-defined networking. Experience in production operations and implementing quality code practices. Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing. We Offer: Competitive salary range ($96,800 to $223,400 per year) with bonus and equity potential.
