Job Description Our customer is seeking a Senior Global Business Manager that will lead the global business relationship with a key strategic account, playing a vital role in driving profitable growth, shaping long-term account strategy, and fostering strong, high-value customer partnerships. The position requires strategic thinking, open communication, and a strong partnership mindset. Responsibilities: Global Business Relationship Ownership: Lead the global business relationship for key accounts, building deep, trusted relationships with senior leaders in product management, product development, and supply chain. Account Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to grow existing business, secure new opportunities, and expand the customer portfolio. Product Development Opportunities: Identify and advance new product development opportunities to increase share of wallet and drive profitable sales growth. Business Reviews & Alignment: Conduct periodic business reviews with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and forward momentum. Profitability Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve profitability within assigned accounts. Customer Insights for Innovation: Provide customer-driven insights to guide new product development and innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, quality, finance, customer service, and legal) to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer value. Job Requirements Requirements: Education & Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in account management or similar customer-facing roles in large, complex organizations. Sales & KPIs Achievement: Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving key commercial KPIs. Strategic Planning & Project Management: Strong strategic planning, critical thinking, and project management skills. Cross-Functional Consensus Building: Ability to build consensus, influence cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted partner to executive-level stakeholders. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver concise, compelling presentations to senior leadership. Financial Acumen: High financial acumen and the ability to use data to guide decision-making. Technical Aptitude: Mechanical or manufacturing knowledge is beneficial. Software Proficiency: Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Word. Desired Traits: Experience with Global Accounts: Experience working with global accounts or in global business structures. Familiarity with ZOHO CRM & Power BI: Knowledge of ZOHO CRM and Power BI is a plus. Manufacturing/Furniture Industry Background Background in manufacturing environments or the furniture industry is preferred. Blueprint & Manufacturing Processes: Ability to read blueprints and understand basic manufacturing processes.
