Lead the team in light and heavy housekeeping, as well as laundry duties across various shifts. Conduct staff training, oversee quality control, and ensure timely project completions. Maintain detailed records concerning income, expenditures, supplies, and personnel using HCSG computer software. Act as a communication bridge between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff. Ensure the safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety protocols. Consistently demonstrate punctuality and achieve timely task completion. Foster positive relationships through courteous interactions with supervisors, colleagues, client staff, residents, and guests. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisory roles is preferred. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants and HCSG leadership. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required. Physical capability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and engage in standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. Able to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently. Must be comfortable working around food and cleaning chemicals. Able to follow oral and written instructions effectively. Residency within the service area is required. Ready to Join Us?
