About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Workplace Experience Front Desk Specialist! In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring every visitor and client receives outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing communication, organizing meeting spaces, and supporting various administrative tasks to enhance the office environment. What You'll Do: Answer and route incoming calls to the right personnel and voicemail with professionalism. Welcome clients, applicants, and visitors warmly. Issue visitor passes and parking validations while adhering to security protocols. Efficiently schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms—including setup, catering orders, and technical arrangements. Handle general office duties such as distributing faxes and packages and ordering office supplies proficiently. Track and manage incoming and outgoing mail, freight, and packages, arranging messenger services as needed. Follow existing procedures to address straightforward issues, using your judgement to provide solutions where possible. Execute defined tasks and processes under supervision, ensuring attention to detail and quality work. What You'll Need: To thrive in this role, you'll need to be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in front desk operations, concierge services, customer service, or hospitality. Flexibility in work schedules to accommodate various needs. A strong ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, along with the desire to engage and inform groups. Warm demeanor with the ability to connect and empathize with visitors effectively. High attention to detail paired with strong verbal and written communication skills. Physical ability to navigate the office environment, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. Why CBRE?
