Be a part of our inspiring journey and make a significant impact in the lives of patients. The Clinical Specialist for IHFM plays a crucial support role, reporting to the Area Sales Manager (ASM). This position is pivotal in empowering cardiologists, nurses, cath lab staff, and patients in the effective use of the Cordella PA Sensor System. You will provide training, troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and conduct field service activities, all while collaborating closely with the ASM. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential, as you will interact with healthcare professionals and patients every day. Key Responsibilities: Support and attend implant procedures inside and outside of your assigned territory. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to assess their clinical and educational needs. Lead internal meetings to analyze and address field issues. Conduct site initiation visits and meetings to ensure proper understanding and training. Provide on-site training to physicians, heart failure staff, research staff, and cath lab staff. Carry out field service activities and troubleshooting as required. Represent IHFM at conferences and symposiums. Initiate and maintain site contacts, offering technical and clinical support to customers and patients. Collaborate with other departments to set priorities that align with company direction, new product development, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent in Nursing or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical devices, Cath lab, or clinical settings within an acute care environment. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Solid understanding of key areas such as valve crimping, case management, and clinical education programs. Moderate knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and relevant medical devices. Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements and documentation. Ability to articulate the clinical value of Edwards products to customers. Capacity to develop programs tailored for local markets. Discretion in managing confidential information. Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to teamwork and inter-departmental collaboration. Capacity to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Adherence to all company protocols, including safety and health regulations.
