We are searching for experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanics for our client in Reidsville, NC! Direct Hire $22-$30/hr DOE 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options! Capable of using side grinder, angle grinder and belt sander. Capable of drilling/tapping holes in various materials Replace pumps and motors with guidance from senior level GMM Replace mechanical components (gearbox, chain, sprocket, etc.) with guidance from senior level GMM Basic understanding/operation of emission control devices General knowledge of Compressed Air System, Chiller(s) & Cooling Tower(s) Systems Assist with assigned PM activities Completion of mechanical and/or electrical aptitude testing Mechanical proficiency Mechanical Troubleshooting Pipe Cutting/Threading Basic Electrical Knowledge Manual machining abilities: Lathe Mill Bandsaw/Cutoff Saw Rebuild/repair pumps-AO Diaphragm & Motor Driven Troubleshoot/diagnose & replace mechanical drive system components or repair as needed General knowledge of SRU, Hot Oil Boiler, Steam Boiler, Scrubber & Afterburner Systems Other duties as needed Get job alerts by email.
