QA Test Lead

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Transformation QA Test Lead for a position in Columbus, OH. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing QA and UAT testing activities for SAP, Salesforce, and integrated platforms Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and completion reports. Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders. Ensure defect triage and resolution processes are followed. Operationalize insights for steady-state enablement. Create traceability matrices and ensure compliance with lifecycle deliverables. Qualifications 7 – 10 years testing experience with 3 – 5 years’ experience leading a team of testers SAP and Salesforce testing experience Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role Able to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville, IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus OH Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest – must have (Hands On) Experience with other testing tools (test automation, performance testing) – nice to have Utilities industry experience – nice to have but highly preferred. Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills PMP and other test technology certifications – nice to have Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks to include SAFE Experience with Gen AI tooling for testing acceleration. Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB Certification Experience with CI/CD integration
