This role involves hands-on work in property damage cleanup, structural drying, and restoration projects. If you take pride in helping others and enjoy physical, fast-paced, and rewarding work, this position is for you.Key Responsibilities:Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification servicesAssist in fire, smoke, and odor cleanup and structural restorationConduct mold remediation following industry standardsSet up, monitor, and maintain restoration equipmentDocument project details, including photos and moisture readingsCommunicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team membersFollow all company safety procedures and industry best practicesQualifications:Prior experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction preferred (training offered)IICRC Certification (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) a plusAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoorsValid driver’s license and a clean driving record requiredStrong communication and teamwork skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
