This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality controlManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activitiesDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services providedManage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issuesAdditional Responsibilities:Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safetyManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlyCoach and train restoration techniciansPosition RequirementsValid driver’s licenseHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or constructionIICRC certification a plus, not requiredSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated Servpro Franchise.
