As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Charter Foods, a proud franchisee in the Food & Beverage sector, you will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager. Your primary responsibilities include managing shifts, ensuring the adherence to company and brand standards, and resolving challenges with a positive attitude. You'll lead by example, guiding Team Members and Shift Managers to complete their tasks effectively, managing inventory, and upholding financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help provide safe and quality food to our customers promptly, while ensuring a safe working environment for everyone involved. Essential Qualifications: Minimum age of 18 years. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, with Profit and Loss responsibility. Ability to work a 50-hour week. High School Diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer skills required. Must have reliable transportation. Basic understanding of business math and accounting, along with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Physical ability to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and dispose of trash, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding area. Capability to remain standing or walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and bending for the majority of your shift. The role and responsibilities of this position may evolve as needed by management.
