Job Summary As an Insurance Account Executive, you will drive new business revenue both individually and as part of a collaborative team. You will receive comprehensive training in Salesforce, sales management, business development, and other key areas to set you up for success. Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture referral partnerships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage sectors. Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, evaluate solutions from our extensive carrier portfolio, and offer customized coverage to help protect their assets. Compensation Overview Your first-year earning potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, contingent on your performance. Our compensation structure includes uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions that grow each year, providing opportunities for passive income. Outstanding performers may also qualify for an annual President's Club trip. Experience and Education Requirements Successful completion of the state licensing exam once hired. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Essential Skills and Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience thriving in fast-paced environments. B2B or B2C sales experience or a related academic background. Competitive mindset and networking capabilities. Entrepreneurial approach with a strong problem-solving orientation.
