Your Impactful Role As the Vice President of Healthcare Payers, you'll lead a dedicated sales organization focused on generating revenue growth and enhancing service offerings in the healthcare sector. This role reports to the Unit leader of Healthcare Life Science and is critical in establishing Teradata as the premier platform for enterprise AI and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue and growth targets, implementing a compelling vision of AI-enabled transformation. Craft and execute strategic growth plans aimed at reaching C-suite executives within healthcare organizations. Foster executive relationships, positioning Teradata as an essential partner for data-driven business solutions. Lead a team of Account Executives, Solution Architects, and consultants towards achieving territory objectives. Implement innovative AI-driven solutions, showcasing clear ROI and transformative analytics. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Services teams to meet client needs and align with our roadmap. Develop a high-performance sales culture through mentorship, coaching, and recruitment of top talent. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience overseeing successful teams. Proven track record in enterprise account management with success in growing strategic accounts. Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite executives on strategic business outcomes. Experience in selling data, analytics, or AI solutions in complex environments. Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching abilities. Willingness to travel up to 60% as necessary. Pay Rate: 310800.0000 - 388500.0000 - 466200.0000 On-Target Earnings Details regarding salary will depend on geographic location, internal equity, and your experience. In addition, sales professionals are eligible for commission based on quota achievement.
