The types of projects managed are complex to highly complex. This position is required to coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activates on projects. This person should be able to oversee discipline specific scopes of work from $2MM - $10MM with little guidance from senior level field leadership./ppCandidates must be willing to travel extensively. Current project locations include Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and California, among others./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliDirectly manage a projects construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date/liliManage complex to highly complex projects/liliCoordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activates on projects/liliOversee discipline specific scopes of work from $2MM - $10MM with little guidance from senior level field leadership./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering or equivalent job experience required/liliMinimum of 15 years of experience/li/ulpstrongAdditional Qualifications/strong/pulliTeam-oriented individual capable of managing others/liliDemonstrated success in managing the construction scope on mid to large sized projects/liliDesign/Build experience a plus/liliAbility to fully understand project specifications and identify deviations in the field/liliSuperior planning ability, specifically in regard to Lean Tools for schedule, constructability, sequencing, etc./liliDemonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office suite, an iPad or handheld device./liliDemonstrated capability with computer programs for project management and reporting.
