Overview Lead Fabricator / CNC Vertical Mill Programming Specialist Join our innovative custom manufacturing team as a CNC Vertical Mill Programming Specialist! We are located in Newark, DE, and are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to take charge of our CNC Department. In this hands-on role, you will program and operate CNC Vertical Mills (including Haas VF 10, VF 4, VF 3 & Fadal) and lead fellow operators to transform custom steel, aluminum, and wood projects into reality. Your responsibilities will include: G & M code programming to ensure precision and efficiency Machine setup and troubleshooting to keep production flowing Scheduling machining centers to optimize operations Maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment Engaging in shop floor fabrication, utilizing manual mills, press brakes, saws, lathes, and more Collaboration with designers and management is essential, and you may be required to work some overtime. We are looking for candidates with: 5+ years of CNC programming experience Strong blueprint reading skills Familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks Experience with wood, Plexiglas, laminates, or veneers is a bonus This is a full-time, day shift position offering competitive pay and an attractive benefits package.
