Job Full Description CNC Operator Location: Kansas City, KS Schedule: Monday-Friday (shift discussed during interview) Pay: $25.00-$35.00/hour, paid weekly We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Kansas City, KS. This role is ideal for someone with strong machining experience who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and safety while working with modern CNC equipment. Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and company procedures Communicate production issues or concerns to supervisors Required Experience & Equipment: 1-5 years of CNC machining experience (required) Experience operating the following equipment: Matsuura Vertical Mills Okuma Vertical Mills Hurco Vertical Mills Okuma Metal Lathes Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Benefits of working with Express: Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Referral bonuses COME WORK WITH THE #1 STAFFING AGENCY IN KANSAS CITY!
