As a Construction Supervisor, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecommunications projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. Additionally, you will perform the following tasks: Develop the construction skills and knowledge of your telecommunications construction team, both in aerial and underground work. Lead by example and support the company's safety culture. Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects. Provide a high level of service when interacting with clients. Give direction to multiple teams and their activities in the workplace. Qualifications About you: Safety is part of your daily routine. You have a history of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a talent for solving difficult problems and enjoy a practical approach to your work. You are looking for long-term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. You are an experienced leader who has supported the daily needs of a construction team. You know the telecommunications construction industry, such as Coaxial Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc. You enjoy problem-solving and like to solve problems as they arise in the field. You accept the challenge of training and guiding your team. You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software. MOS codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 relate well to this position. Hard work pays off.
