National Aviation General Superintendent

National Aviation General Superintendent JE Dunn Construction is looking for a dedicated and experienced National Aviation General Superintendent to join our team. This role involves significant travel across the United States to oversee complex aviation projects. You will play a key part in ensuring that we continuously uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in construction. Role Overview As a General Superintendent, you will develop and execute project plans, manage teams, and coordinate all construction activities to meet project goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities: Lead and exemplify the company’s safety culture. Manage subcontractors and the overall workflow of the project. Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and safety programs on-site. Develop and implement work plans for both subcontractors and internal teams. Maintain effective communication with owners, design teams, and other relevant parties. Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements. Support the project closeout process in coordination with owners and architects. Participate in training and development initiatives within the company. Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team. Qualifications: 12+ years of construction experience, with 10+ years in field supervision. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. Ability to effectively communicate and present to various audiences. Knowledge of construction management processes and practices. Work Environment: Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
