Construction Project Manager

Project Manager Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Project Executive to establish contracts/P.O.'s, necessary testing/inspections, submittals/samples, subcontractor/supplier lists, and project schedules. Work closely with the Estimator on project budgets and scopes, proactively identifying potential issues such as critical items and special hazards. Execute owner contracts as needed. Verify all quantities with the Estimator to ensure accuracy. Conduct a thorough review of returned subcontracts prior to signing. Engage in detailed discussions with the field superintendent regarding plans and specifications, including layout dimensions, critical items, subcontractor/supplier lists and their scopes of work, delivery and submittal timelines, project schedules, budgets, testing/inspection reports, permits, daily logs, and project delays. Minimum Qualifications: A degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture is strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Building Construction. Familiarity with industry technology such as Sage, ProCore, OnScreen Takeoff, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and Smart Bid.
