Our facility is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.Job Summary: The RN PreOp/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN PreOp/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN PreOp/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.Required Skills Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursingMinimum of two (2) years of Registered Nurse experience in PreOp / PACU or critical care settingCurrent Registered Nurse license in the state of OregonCurrent BLS & ACLS accredited by AHAThe ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staffFull range of physical mobility (position requires sustained sitting, standing, stooping, lifting as much as 50 lbs., carrying, repetitive motions, reading, answering phones, etc.)Self-motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment, with the ability to problem solve with minimal direction or guidanceWillingness to maintain a clean, organized environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills Who We AreWe are part of a much larger team with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).At USPI, we create relationships that create better care.
