This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Go, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure technologies.The ideal candidate is self-driven, comfortable owning complex systems end to end, and experienced in mentoring and influencing technical direction.Key Responsibilitiesl Lead design and development initiatives using Go (Golang)l Design, build, and maintain distributed, cloud-native systemsl Develop new functional features and enhance existing servicesl Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defectsl Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainabilityl Refactor existing codebases to optimize performance and scalabilityl Participate in solution design sessions and technical decision-makingl Decompose business requirements into detailed technical requirementsl Accurately estimate development effort and timelinesl Produce and maintain solution and technical documentationl Perform reverse engineering to understand and improve legacy codel Work extensively in Linux environments, managing system-level integrationsRequired Qualificationsl 6+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang)l Strong experience with Terraform and Kubernetesl Experience with container technologies such as Dockerl Strong understanding of distributed systems architecturel Hands-on experience with messaging systems:n NATSn Kafkan Kinesisl Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azurel Strong Linux background, including:n PKI certificate managementn SSH key managementn System-level troubleshootingl Experience with authentication and access mechanisms:n Single Sign-On (SSO)n Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)l Working knowledge of:n Active Directory / LDAPn LDAP querying, filters, and schemasn Linux PAM authentication modulesl Experience with SQL and NoSQL databasesl Proficiency with GitHub or similar version control systemsl Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Qualificationsl Experience working with AI or Video-related systemsl Experience building MCP serversl Prior frontend development experience using Reactl 2+ years of Python programming experiencel Prior experience with private cloud environmentsl C programming experience (2+ years preferred)l 6+ years of programming experience on Linux OSl Experience with JavaScriptl Industry certifications in:n AWSn Azuren Kubernetesn TerraformCompany DescriptionStaffing Company (Confidential)Company DescriptionStaffing Company (Confidential)
