What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, such as those found in manufacturing plants, hospitals, offices, churches, and schools, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting capabilities. Certifications: Required to hold an EPA Type 2 certification; Universal Certification and OSHA 10 are highly regarded. Technical Skills: Profound knowledge in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing chillers, cooling towers, and rooftop units (RTUs) rated over 20 tons is essential. Adaptability: A team-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow, with a solid foundation in the field. Work History: A stable employment history is required, along with previous experience in a senior technician role specializing in Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R service and troubleshooting.
