You will collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes through safe, efficient, and high-quality vascular access services.Key Responsibilities: Vascular Access & PICC Line Procedures ✅ Perform ultrasound-guided insertion, maintenance, and removal of PICC lines, midline catheters, and peripheral IVs. ✅ Ensure accurate catheter placement following best practices and infection control protocols. ✅ Assess and monitor vascular access sites to prevent complications. Infusion Therapy & Patient Monitoring ✅ Administer and manage intravenous (IV) therapies, medications, and fluids as prescribed. ✅ Monitor patients for adverse reactions and complications during infusions. Patient & Family Education ✅ Educate patients on proper PICC line care, maintenance, and infection prevention. ✅ Provide comprehensive self-care instructions to ensure safety and compliance. Collaboration & Communication ✅ Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans. ✅ Maintain clear, professional communication with the healthcare team. Documentation & Compliance ✅ Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards. ✅ Follow organizational protocols and best practices for vascular access procedures.
