Lead by example - motivate your team and uphold the standard for exceptional service Oversee daily operations - manage food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness Enforce safety and food safety protocols consistently Efficiently manage shifts - assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve issues Address customer concerns professionally and positively Support team development - mentor, train, and provide constructive feedback Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Drive sales and enhance operational efficiency through strategic planning What You Bring to the Table You possess at least one year of management experience in the quick service restaurant industry or two years of crew experience Must be at least 18 years old and available for evening and late-night shifts You have reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality You exhibit a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, ready to lead and assist in high-paced scenarios You enjoy having fun while being part of something great, and you’re eager to help maintain a smooth, enjoyable, and safe working environment The Wendy's Experience Dynamic, fast-paced, and full of energy!
