Annual CEU Stipend: Receive financial support annually for your continuing education and professional development. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Provide intensive nutrition counseling and weight management coaching via phone, video, chat, text, and email. Offer medication management support for comorbidities related to obesity, supervised by designated physicians. Engage in remote patient monitoring using devices such as scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, and ketone meters. Assist patients with the dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications following established protocols. Work collaboratively with team physicians and external providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Quickly establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse patient base. Utilize motivational interviewing and other strategies to encourage positive behavior change. Consistently meet program metrics while adhering to high-quality care standards. Timely complete all necessary documentation. What Qualifications Should You Have? Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, with a valid state license if required. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary for member coverage. Ability to incorporate constructive feedback to enhance patient interactions. A HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet for secure patient communications. Comfortable with advanced technology, including electronic medical records and diverse digital tools. Proven ability to adapt communication styles to effectively engage a diverse patient population. Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Must not hold full-time employment elsewhere. Must reside in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) from the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE) is highly preferred. Availability on evenings and Saturdays is a plus. Compensation: Hourly Pay: $42-47 based on years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. All-inclusive pay structure that compensates for all work performed, including charting and administrative duties. Longevity bonuses: Enjoy a $500 bonus after 6 months, followed by quarterly bonuses starting at your one-year mark. Performance incentives: Additional pay for achieving and exceeding established goals.
