This role serves as the final point of contact with our guests and plays a critical role in representing the Allstar Pizza & More brand with professionalism, urgency, and hospitality.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver customer orders safely and in a timely mannerVerify order accuracy before leaving the storeProvide friendly and professional customer service at each deliveryAccurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and receiptsMaintain communication with management regarding delivery statusFollow all traffic laws and safety proceduresAssist with in-store duties between deliveries (folding boxes, stocking, cleaning, food prep assistance as assigned)Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery bags and equipmentUphold Allstar Pizza & More standards of Heart, Hustle, and HospitalityQualificationsMinimum age of 18 years oldValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordReliable vehicle with current registration and insuranceAbility to pass a motor vehicle record checkStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and team-orientedPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 30 poundsAbility to enter and exit vehicle frequently during shiftComfortable working in varying weather conditionsCompensation & BenefitsHourly wage: $8-$9Delivery fees and tipsFlexible schedulingGrowth and advancement opportunitiesWork EnvironmentThis position operates both inside the restaurant and outdoors while making deliveries.
