Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Highland & Crown Point, IN (New Graduates are Accepted) Job Type: Full-time Shifts: Days Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting. Complete accurate, real-time documentation to reduce take-home work. Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically. Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Indiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license. 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply) Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
