Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an HRIS Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $45.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Configure and maintain complex time and attendance rules, including schedules, accruals, and exception policies. Serve as the subject matter expert for timekeeping and accrual systems, supporting HR, Payroll, and Finance teams. Conduct audits to ensure time and accrual data accuracy and compliance with labor costing and GL reporting. Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance system functionality and support integration projects. Document configuration logic, workflows, and testing outcomes for system enhancements and updates. Requirements: Extensive experience with ADP Time, UKG, and other HRIS platforms, including international configurations. Strong understanding of leave policies, accrual calculations, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Proven ability to manage system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT). Skilled in developing automated reports and dashboards for labor and accrual insights. Ability to manage timelines, monitor deliverables, and communicate risks or delays effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HRIS analysis or system administration roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
